Traffic Control
All traffic control are to be certified flaggers. Flaggers are responsible to set up, manage, and remove temporary traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and arrow boards to direct and control vehicle flow at all job sites.

Drill Operator / Missile Operator
Directional Drillers will either operate a directional drill or missile for the installation of conduit and vaults. This job title requires at least one year of experience.

OSP Crew Groundsman
All OSP Crew workers will be digging with shovels and will be assisting the Directional Drill operator on pulling conduit and placing vaults underground.
